The countdown to Art Ludham has begun. With my Swallowtail Fine Artists hat on, we have some wonderful local artists exhibiting with us this August Bank Holiday, 24-26th August at St Catherine’s church, Ludham. Free entry. Promises to be a fab exhibition.

My latest commission after a long break got sent to West Yorkshire yesterday. Delighted to say that the painting arrived in one piece today thanks to some rather super packaging by Ernie the framer. Thank you Ally for asking me to paint Mina as a gift for a friend.

Ive finally been in the studio a bit more over the last few weeks, trying to get my pastel hands warmed up after a long break.
Hopefully some fresh artwork to follow in the coming weeks.

I am delighted that one of my Christmas designs ‘Winter Red Squirrel’ is one of two paintings selected by the Spinal Injuries Association to be sold as a Christmas card with the SIAs 50th anniversary logo for Christmas 2024. Cards will be available to buy online later this year at www.spinal.co.uk/shop
Having been a member of the SIA for decades, I am thrilled to be contributing in this way!

Very happy to have sold three paintings and some prints at the always popular annual Potter Heigham Easter exhibition this weekend. It’s a real boost!
Thank you to all who took a pastel, print or card home with them, I never take it for granted!
